STW series automatic door horizontal circular pressure steam sterilizer

The STW-Y series horizontal circular pressure steam sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium, and through gravity displacement, the saturated steam completely penetrates the surface of the object. It uses high-temperature saturated steam under high pressure to kill all microorganisms and their spores, and the sterilization effect is reliable. It is the most effective method in physical sterilization. Widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, scientific research, etc. for sterilization treatment of fabrics, instruments, luminal instruments, rubber, liquids, etc.  

The lifting door opening and closing structure is driven by a motor chain to vertically lift and slide the door up and down, without the need for manual operation, saving space occupation. Double door channel type, double door interlock, with pressure safety interlock, liquid program with temperature door safety interlock.  

The inflation pressure drives the sealing ring to achieve automatic sealing. The brand new high-quality high tear resistant silicone rubber material circular hollow door sealing ring has a special coating treatment on the surface, which is wear-resistant and smooth, with better sealing effect and longer service life, with a lifespan of up to 2000 cycles.  

The main structure is a horizontal circular single-layer structure, and the outer wall is preheated by heating film. The sealing groove is directly welded to the end face flange.  

Control system: programmable controller and color touch screen, automatic program control of the entire process, automatic display of operating process status, operating curve, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters.  

The touch screen can achieve automatic mode and manual mode, and can monitor the opening status of the pump valve in real time.  

Intelligent maintenance system (optional): It can be equipped with an IoT remote monitoring and maintenance module, which can connect to computers, tablets, or smartphones in real time and anywhere to access device information, including real-time and historical operating data, troubleshooting notifications, and remote software upgrades.

Real time printing process data through the built-in printer. At the same time, the device comes with a USB interface, which can store operational data and print through an A4 printer.  

■ Pipeline system: Stainless steel sanitary grade pipeline, clamp connection, all welds are welded with automatic pipe welding machine; The main control valves are angle seat valves and solenoid valves.
