The ST-DM series desktop pulsating vacuum sterilizer is a B-class sterilizer that uses steam as a medium. It extracts vacuum and fills the sterilization chamber with steam multiple times to achieve a certain degree of vacuum, and then fills it with saturated steam to achieve the set pressure and temperature, achieving the purpose of sterilizing the sterilized items. Suitable for medical and health departments such as dentistry, ophthalmology, operating rooms, supply rooms, dialysis rooms, etc., to sterilize solid instruments, Class A cavity instruments, implantable instruments, dressings, fabrics, rubber catheters, liquids, and other items.  

1. Wall heating: Film coated wall heating film.

Interface display: The LCD touch screen can display real-time information such as temperature, pressure, time, operating status, fault alarms, and equipment operating curves, making sterilization information more intuitive and clear, and facilitating users to observe the operating status of the equipment.

15. Process control: The entire process of preheating, replacement, heating, sterilization, steam exhaust, and vacuum drying runs automatically; It uses steam as the medium and employs an efficient vacuum pumping system, repeatedly vacuuming to achieve sterilization and drying effects.

16. Multi point temperature control technology: Non sealed liquid programs use mobile temperature sensors to measure temperature, which can detect the internal temperature of the liquid in real time, making the internal temperature of the liquid more intuitive and clear.

17. Thermal insulation function: The thermal insulation function can be set as needed to achieve sterilization of liquid culture medium, dissolution of culture medium - thermal insulation function.

18. Safety protection: equipped with automatic overheating protection device, anti dry burning protection device, automatic overpressure relief device, overcurrent protection device, and electronic circuit safety device.

19. Self calibration function: Equipped with a comprehensive backend self calibration system, it can calibrate system parameters such as pressure and temperature. Without disassembling the instrument, on-site adjustments can be made using authorized tools.

20. Independent installation of pressure sensors: Install an independent pressure transmitter in each of the inner chamber and evaporator to ensure that the equipment pressure is within a safe control range.

21. Program selection: It includes programs such as exposure program, encapsulation program, rubber program, dressing program, liquid program, liquid customization, solid customization, culture medium sterilization, culture medium dissolution, as well as B& D testing and vacuum testing programs.
