STM-ZY series high and low temperature traditional Chinese medicine powder sterilizer

The STM-ZY series high and low temperature traditional Chinese medicine powder sterilizer uses steam (by reducing the temperature point of steam through the jacket of the equipment, low-temperature steam generator, and internal chamber vacuum) as the sterilization medium, and utilizes the physical properties of latent heat and humidity released during steam condensation to keep the sterilized item in a low-temperature steam and wet state. After a set constant temperature time, the main component protein of bacteria solidifies and is killed. The intelligent traditional Chinese medicine sterilizer developed and manufactured by the company has completely solved a series of problems caused by high-temperature steam sterilization of traditional Chinese medicine. Suitable for sterilizers of traditional Chinese medicine powder, medicinal herbs, grains, tea, spices and other items.  

1. The cabinet structure adopts a horizontal rectangular structure+reinforced rib jacket+internal drying coil, which is conducive to steam entering the reinforced rib jacket+internal drying coil for preheating first.  

2. Multiple points of steam inlet and exhaust are installed on the inner layer of the cabinet to ensure uniform sterilization temperature inside the cabinet.  

3. Strengthen the ribbed jacket and internal drying coil with steam injection and multi-point exhaust to ensure uniform preheating and drying temperature inside the cabinet.  

4. Install a water ring vacuum pump in the equipment pipeline. Cabinet vacuum is beneficial for the penetration of steam during sterilization, ensuring sterilization effectiveness, as well as for preheating and vacuum drying of products.  

5. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated stainless steel sterilization vehicle and sterilization tray, with a reasonable design and large loading capacity, which is conducive to the sterilization and drying effects of the product.  

6. The device is controlled by PLC+touch screen+micro panel printer, and users can set various sterilization parameters and print them through the micro panel printer.  

7. Fixed temperature and pressure sensors are installed in the inner chamber, reinforced rib jacket, internal drying coil, and low-temperature steam storage tank. The system analyzes the detection data to ensure dynamic balance of temperature and pressure at all times.  

8. Install movable temperature sensors in the interior to monitor the temperature inside the cabinet in real-time, adjust the process automatically according to temperature changes, and meet sterilization requirements.  

9. Adopting airtight sealing technology to ensure the reliability of door sealing.  

10. The device is equipped with dedicated GMP; Verify the interface for GMP validation of on-site temperature and sterilization effectiveness.

11. The characteristics of sterilization process are as follows:;

Preheating: Strengthen the rib jacket and introduce steam into the internal drying coil. The inner vacuum will heat the traditional Chinese medicine powder (minimizing the generation of condensed water when steam enters the inner chamber). Sterilization: Before sterilization, the inner layer is in a vacuum state and enters from the steam storage tank for sterilization. The sterilization is carried out using instantaneous high-temperature saturated steam (80-105 ℃ or 105-134 ℃), and the temperature and time can be set according to user requirements. Flash evaporation cooling and dehumidification: Using the principle of flash evaporation, quickly evacuate and reduce pressure to cool and dehumidify, avoiding prolonged residence time at high temperatures and affecting the composition of the powder; Drying: Strengthen the tendon jacket and internal drying coil to maintain a certain pressure, heat insulation, vacuum the inner layer, and control the appropriate drying time.
