Biosafety pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer

    Product Overview:
    The STM-BS series biosafety pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer can be applied to sterilize animal carcasses, biological products, vessels, sterile clothing, medical dressings, disease materials, and other items containing highly pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Mainly targeting P2 and P3 biological laboratories with high requirements for biosafety performance, designed according to the third level biosafety requirements, with functions of waste gas treatment, wastewater treatment, and biological isolation, which can fully ensure the safety of operators and the environment. Realize complete shielding of sterilized items during the sterilization process, effectively inactivate and re sterilize the waste steam and wastewater generated during the sterilization process, fully meet the requirements of BSL-3 and ABSL-3 laboratories for on-site high-pressure steam sterilization of various waste items generated in all semi polluted and polluted areas, and eliminate the safety threat of contaminated items to people and the environment.  

    Performance characteristics:
    1. Material of the cavity: The annular reinforcing rib structure and the unique combination of the inner shell and annular jacket enhance the strength and stiffness of the main body. The inner shell and annular reinforcing ribs are made of stainless steel material specifically designed for 316L pressure vessels; The main design lifespan is 15 years.  
    2. Sterilization chamber: The pressure chamber is a rectangular structure, made of corrosion-resistant electropolished 316L stainless steel. The machine shell and foundation frame structure are made of 304 stainless steel, with a maximum sterilization temperature of 139 ℃ and a steam pressure of 4 bar.  
    3. Sealed door: Double door channel type mobile door with safety interlock device, double door interlock to ensure effective isolation of the front and rear areas of the sterilizer. The door drive device adopts a well-known domestic brand's micro special reduction motor drive, equipped with emergency stop device and double door interlock to achieve clean and dirty separation. After one door is opened, the other door will automatically lock; Both doors will remain locked when the power is turned off or disconnected; Once the door to the dirty area is opened, a sterilization program must be run before the door to the clean area is opened. The back door is equipped with information that can display the status of the door switch, equipment operation, alarm, and the end of the workflow. The back end of the device comes with a sealing structure, which can ensure strict isolation and sealing of the front and rear areas of the device.
    4. Sealing ring: Made of medical transparent high tear resistant silicone rubber material, compressed gas sealed, installed in the main sealing groove, and connected to the compressed gas pipeline as a metal fixed pipeline. Made of new high-quality high tear resistant medical silicone rubber material, the sealing ring is resistant to high temperatures, can withstand temperatures up to 150 ℃, and has a lifespan of up to 1500 cycles.
    5. Welding process: The inner shell weld is automatically welded using a plasma welding machine, and the jacket weld is automatically welded using a welding robot. Robot welding of the main body eliminates deviations caused by human welding factors, ensuring the welding quality of the main body. After welding, vibration aging treatment eliminates welding stress, and the main body without welding defects can ensure long-term use under the most demanding working conditions, effectively ensuring capital investment. Machine welding ensures the quality of weld seams.
    6. Pipeline: Made of 304 polished seamless stainless steel sanitary grade fittings with traceable material composition. Equipped with automatic trajectory welding machine and argon protection welding, single-sided welding and double-sided forming are strictly welded according to WPS requirements, effectively ensuring welding quality; After electrochemical polishing treatment, it is bright, smooth, clean, corrosion-resistant, and durable.  
    7. Pressure gauges: Both the front and rear doors are equipped with internal chamber and interlayer pressure gauges, totaling 4 pressure gauges. The pressure gauge is not connected to the inner chamber, and the pipeline is equipped with temperature detection and sterilization procedures. A ball valve is reserved to prevent microbial escape.  
    8. Main power switch: The standard three-phase power monitor can protect equipment in case of power overvoltage, undervoltage, or phase loss.
    9. Main insulation measures: Chlorine free and asbestos free materials (high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton) are used for insulation, with a thickness of 60mm to ensure that the surface temperature is not higher than the ambient temperature+25 ℃ at an ambient temperature of 20 ℃.  
    10. Main body insulation cover: made of 304 stainless steel, beautiful and easy to clean.  
    11. Air filter: Ultra fine sterile filtration, with a filtration accuracy of ≤ 0.22 microns and a sterilization rate of 99.97%. Ensure that there is no secondary pollution. 12. Control system: Adopting the internationally renowned German brand Siemens SIEMENS main control system, it has powerful functions, advanced performance, high reliability, and good communication and control functions. The program can run automatically or be manually controlled to handle special situations. Adopting PLC control, data during operation is printed through a printer, and a computer remote monitoring interface is reserved.  
    13. Touch screen: Adopting the internationally renowned German brand Siemens color touch screen, installed on the control panel and directly connected to the PLC. The human-machine interface allows for the setting of sterilization program parameters such as pressure, temperature, and time. Touchscreen control greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, making the entire sterilization monitoring process more intuitive and convenient. The temperature, pressure, time, process stages, preset parameters, etc. of the sterilization process are automatically displayed on the touch screen display and can be stored in real time. A micro printer is also equipped to print and record the working process parameters for archiving and future reference. It has offline printing function, which can print the previous batch offline when the printer malfunctions or runs out of paper.  
    14. Control function: The control system is equipped with a calibration program that can calibrate parameters such as pressure and temperature in different altitude areas; It has multi-level control protection and assistance functions. 15. Programs: Fabric, equipment, liquid, animal, vacuum testing, online sterilization, customization and other programs are available for selection.  
    16. Online sterilization: The exhaust pipeline is equipped with high-efficiency filters, which have online sterilization and temperature detection functions. The exhaust process is filtered, and the condensed water can only be discharged after sterilization, achieving a sterile discharge level. The sterile air system uses ultra-fine sterile filters with a diameter of ≤ 0.22 microns to ensure that no secondary pollution is generated.  
    17. Hydrophobic device: The slow exhaust of the inner chamber is controlled by a program to ensure the saturation of steam in the inner chamber. The slow exhaust passes through an efficient filter to achieve sterile discharge.  
    18. Recording method: The temperature, pressure, time, operating mode, process stage, preset parameters, alarm information, etc. of the sterilization process are automatically displayed on the color touch screen, equipped with a thermal printer to print the working process parameters or curves, using long-lasting printing paper, which can be saved for more than 5 years. Reserved with USB interface, data can be exported to USB storage.
    19. Equipped with water-saving and noise reduction devices, with an extraction rate of ≥ 108m ³/h. Using plate heat exchangers, the heat exchange efficiency is high.
