STM-VB series ampoule water bath leak detection sterilizer

    Product Overview:
    The STM-VB series ampoule water bath leak detection sterilizer is currently an advanced equipment for sterilizing bottled liquids internationally. It uses high-temperature superheated water shower to heat and sterilize the liquid bottle. It has the advantages of uniform temperature, wide temperature control range, and reliable regulation. At the same time, advanced computer control can achieve automatic calculation of F0 value and monitor the sterilization process. After the sterilization process is completed, the spray water is indirectly cooled by cooling water to forcibly cool the liquid bottle, reducing the product temperature to ≤ 60 ℃, preventing the liquid medicine from deteriorating and being scrapped due to long-term high temperature, and avoiding liquid bottle explosion accidents caused by direct cooling of the cooling water.  

    This series of sterilization cabinets uses high-temperature circulating water as the sterilization medium to perform water spray heating, sterilization, and cooling operations on soft bags, ampoules, penicillin bottles, glass bottles, plastic bottles, and large infusion items. Throughout the process, the sterilization medium operates in a dense circulation system, effectively preventing secondary contamination and ensuring good temperature uniformity. Unique pressure balancing technology is used during the sterilization process to ensure minimal bottle deformation and prevent bottle bursting.  

    Performance characteristics:
    1. Material of the cavity: The annular reinforcing rib structure and the unique combination of the inner shell and annular jacket enhance the strength and stiffness of the main body. The pressure vessel design has high pressure strength and a lifespan of up to 10 years/20000 cycles (optional 15 years/30000 cycles).  
    2. Control system: Using Siemens PLC from Germany, data during operation is printed through a printer, with a reserved computer remote monitoring interface. It supports industrial Ethernet, can be remotely maintained through the Internet, and supports numerous network protocols such as TCP/IP. Printing data allows for selection between Chinese and English.
    3. The front panel touch screen of the device adopts a stable performance German Siemens 7-inch color touch screen with a resolution of ≥ 800 × 480, IP≥65, Supports RS-22, RS-485, TCP/IP communication. The operation interface can switch between Chinese and English.
    4. Work permissions: three-level permission management for administrators, technicians, and operators to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
    5. Operation mode: It has automatic mode and manual mode. In manual mode, it can display the overall pipeline, valves, vacuum pumps, and the on/off status of various valve components of the equipment, making it easy to visually observe the status of the equipment and improve safety.  
    6. Calibration function: The control system is equipped with a calibration program that can calibrate parameters such as pressure and temperature in different altitude areas.
    7. Recording method: The temperature, pressure, time, process stage, preset parameters, etc. of the sterilization process should be automatically displayed on the touch screen, with a USB interface reserved for exporting data to a USB drive for storage; Equipped with printer to print process parameters.  
    8. The door sealing ring is made of high tear resistant silicone rubber material, with a surface treated with Parylene coating, which is wear-resistant and smooth. Compared with rectangular sealing rings, it has better sealing effect and longer service life, with a lifespan of up to 1500 cycles.  
    9. The sealing gasket of the high-temperature pipeline clamp is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material instead of silicone rubber, which has a longer service life;
    10. Vacuum pump: single-stage direct connected water ring vacuum pump, no belt transmission, protection level IP55, water inlet method is preset water tank self-priming vacuum pump, rejecting direct water supply vacuum pump causing water source waste.  
    11. Pipeline requirements: Pipeline material: 304 stainless steel pipeline, pipeline design layout is reasonable, avoiding blind pipes and dead corners, using clamp connections, and polishing treatment inside and outside the pipeline.  
    12. Pneumatic valve: A stable performance pneumatic valve with a typical fault free opening and closing frequency of ≥ 4 million times.  
    13. Sealed door: The motor gear chain drives the door panel to move up and down, and the side opening cabinet door is opened. The number of teeth meshing with the main body is ≥ 13. Double door channel type, motorized door, equipped with safety interlock device, double door interlock to ensure effective isolation of the front and rear areas of the sterilizer;  
    14. Equipped with an intelligent maintenance system: it automatically monitors the operating status of various components and prompts various maintenance information, such as door gasket replacement, air filter replacement, switch mechanism lubrication maintenance, filter cleaning, etc; Ensure that the equipment is always in normal working condition (to prevent potential faults in advance, such as avoiding damage to the door seal ring during operation and affecting the normal production of customers);  
    15. The inner tank is equipped with a circulating water baffle, which can choose not to discharge pure water after the sterilization cycle ends, saving 240Kg of pure water per cycle;  
    16. The design reserves a cooling water recovery system interface, and users can set up a recovery tank to save cooling water.
    17. Adopting plate heat exchangers with a heat transfer efficiency of ≥ 95% and a long service life.
    18. Optional: water-saving and noise reduction device, condensate water recovery device, energy-saving.  
    19. Equipped with flash evaporation vacuum drying technology, the drying degree of the equipment is less than 0.1%.
